We are on Raymond Way across the street from the Lake Forest Post Office. Take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor and look for Coastal Health and Fitness or Advantage Physical Therapy.

You’ll see our office on the right hand side of Raymond Way, just across from the post office. There’s a large parking lot on the backside of our building. If you have a tough time finding us, just give us a call. We’ll help guide you in!
